- How do I place my order?
Any item can be ordered online through our secure shopping cart, phoned in on 1300 885 261 (local call cost) or emailed.
When emailing your order, please state your contact details, the items you would like to order and your chosen method of payment.
If placing your order by phone, please do so between our business hours: 10am - 4.30pm QLD time, Monday - Friday. back to top
- How do I pay for my order?
You have the choice between three methods of payment:
1. Secure online credit card processing through Paypal: on selection of this option you will be taken to the paypal website automatically during the checkout process to complete your purchase. Shop in the confidence that we will never see your credit card details.
2. Direct Bank Deposit (for Australian customers only): our account details will be made available at the end of the checkout process. Your order will be processed as soon as your payment clears (usually 1 - 2 days).
3. Visa or Mastercard via phone: simply leave your phone number during checkout and we'll contact you - or alternatively give us a call Mon-Fri (10am - 4.30pm AEST)at a time that's convenient to you. back to top
- How long will it take my order to arrive?
It depends on which product you have ordered. Some items are despatched within 3 working days of your payment clearing, however Name Necklaces and the majority of our personalised items will take between 2 - 4 weeks.

If you require an order urgently, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to get it to you sooner.

- How much will I pay for shipping?
Jewellery and small items under $150.00 are shipped in an Express Post 500g satchel or Registered Post thoughout Australia for $9.20 or FREE if you spend over $150.00.

- What if I want something different in regards to the personalisation?
We love different! Please email or call us with your specific request and we will do our utmost to fulfil your wishes. Some of our products are outsourced to other manufactures or suppliers and have no room for movement, however when there is an opportunity to mix things up a bit, we will give our everything to make it happen for you. back to top
