- How do I place my order?
Any items can be ordered online through our secure shopping cart, phoned in on 1300 885 261 (local call cost) or emailed.
When emailing your order, please state your contact details, the items you would like to order and your chosen method of payment.

- How do I pay for my order?
We accept two methods of payment:
1. Secure online credit card processing through Paypal OR
2. Direct Bank Deposit for Australian customers only.

- How long will it take my order to arrive?
It depends on which products you have ordered. Most items are usually despatched within 3 working days of your payment clearing, however Name Necklaces and some of our personalised pendants may take up to 3-4 weeks. Please see individual product listings for a more specific guide.
If you require an order urgently, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to get it to you sooner.

- How much will I pay for shipping?
Most items are shipped Express Post or Registered Post thoughout Australia for $8.95.
When you spend more than $100 in one transaction, shipping is FREE, regardless of where you live.
