To a certain someone up there on the Sunshine Coast (let's call her my Mum-Stand-In), ok I admit, yes I do need more sleep!  But seriously, who doesn't?  Sleep is highly overrated.  I have said that many times over the last few decades and I'm sure I'll be saying it for many more to come.  Less than perfect influences from my mother are to blame - ever the night-owl.
